Treasure Island

Treasure Island

On Tuesday 30th November and again two nights later, Secondary saw a fantastic performance of Treasure Island

This was the first time a production has occurred in the Hall at Secondary. The adaptations made by Dr Sargent to this area of the school were both ingenious and highly effective.

Great credit is due to Dr Sargent for his second great theatrical success of the year. The end of the summer term was marked by an excellent performance of Stoppard's Inspector Hound. As we approach the end of another term spent coping with the virus, Dr Sargent has once again surmounted all manner of problems and staged another great performance.

Much credit also goes to the cast. Dr Sargent now has some seasoned performers whose ability has been demonstrated on several occasions over the last three years. It is also pleasing to see how many of the younger students are engaging with the performing arts at the school. A new generation is adding to the great success of Dr Sargent´s veterans.
