Healthy Eating Week

In the week beginning 27th September, the students at Primary and Early Years are holding a 'Healthy Living' week, during which the students are encouraged to not only eat healthier, but also to practise other aspects of healthy living such as getting enough sleep, exercise and rest.

This is an opportunity to enlist the support of the BBS parents in discussing and promoting a healthy lifestyle among the children. The Primary students have been given a task (healthy choices diary - written or pictorial) to carry out at home throughout the week.

Focal points of Healthy Living week are getting enough sleep, sleep and exercise, healthy choices and leading a balanced lifestyle and how to keep calm and relaxed together with mindfulness.
