BBS Students Take Action on World Cleanup Day
On 20th September 2025, BBS students proudly joined millions worldwide in World Cleanup Day, the largest global initiative dedicated to tackling pollution and waste.
Students set out into the Grunewald, the forest that is also home to our BBS campus, to collect litter and help protect one of Berlin’s most beautiful green spaces. For our IB students, the activity contributed to their CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) requirements, while our dedicated Green Prefects led by example in promoting sustainability.
This initiative reflects how BBS blends the curriculum with real-life action, empowering students to grow as responsible, globally minded citizens while making a positive impact on both their community and natural environment.
At BBS, learning goes beyond the classroom to build a cleaner, brighter future.
