MUN Conference

Twenty-nine Berlin British School students from Grades 9 to 12 participated in this year´s MUN conference in Prague. Seven of our students - compared with only two last year - spoke at the General Assembly on the last day of the conference, which was a great achievement. Thanks are due to Nidal, Duru and Mogul for their invaluable role in running this year´s MUN club. As a result of these students´ efforts, the delegates at the PRAMUN were extremely motivated and  well prepared for the rigours of the conference. I am also grateful to Ms Gardzish and Mr Wallace for their enthusiastic involvement in organising and directing this year´s trip. MUN is a wonderful opportunity for young people to practise their debating skills, to gain confidence and to broaden their knowledge of the world we live in. We look forward to next year´s trip.
