Herbalism Project

For their Herbalism Project a few of our Grade 9 and 10 monolingual students have chosen to explore the effect of plants on human health. While doing their research, the students discovered that quite a few wild plants are beneficial to our health.The Secondary campus offers an abundance of plant life and ecosystems, which provided the students with the perfect environment to make a herbarium. With the aim of creating more healthy and air-purifying classrooms, the students have also been campaigning for the introduction of plants in their classrooms.
