EU Twinning Program

EU Twinning Program

The EU Twinning Program for Eco-Schools is an initiative that connects schools across Europe to collaborate on environmental education and sustainable development. Through this program, participating Eco-Schools form international partnerships, share best practices, develop joint projects, and promote cross-cultural learning around key sustainability topics such as climate action, biodiversity, and waste reduction. The program encourages students and teachers to work together beyond borders, fostering a sense of global citizenship and a shared responsibility for the planet.

As part of this programme we connected with the Lindebjergskolen, Roskilde's Eco School in Denmark. Danish students from Grades 8 and 9 came to visit BBS Secondary School and met with the Green Prefects who exchanged information about green projects from each other's schools and had a tour of our beautiful Secondary campus.
