Career Month - Week 3

We were pleased to welcome Mrs Weiss, founder and Managing Partner of Weiss & Cie., to speak with our students as part of the Career Month programme. In her talk, “Careers Don’t Go in Straight Lines,” she provided valuable insights into her professional journey and shared her perspective on career paths.

Her talk highlighted that careers are rarely linear and are often shaped by curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace new opportunities. She emphasised the importance of understanding people, remaining flexible, and trusting one’s own strengths when making career decisions.

Students gained a deeper understanding of how individual paths can develop over time and were encouraged to stay open-minded and confident in pursuing their own ambitions.
