Career Month - Week 2

Career Month - Week 2

Career Talks Event Continues at the Secondary School:

Today, we were honoured to welcome a distinguished neurosurgeon, who is also a professor, to share her expertise with our students of Grades 7,9 and 11. She provided an insightful overview of her career, detailing her daily work and ambulatory practice, as well as her extensive experience in lab science and the pharmaceutical industry.

Her talk highlighted the dedication and resilience needed in the medical field, offering students a glimpse into the realities of pursuing a career in medicine. She encouraged students to explore opportunities in healthcare, emphasising the importance of passion and commitment in achieving success.

As part of our Career Month Talks, this event aims to inspire students by connecting them with professionals from diverse fields.

We look forward to more engaging discussions throughout the month!
