Gr. 5 trip to Kunst-Stoffe
As part of our Unit of Inquiry, the Journey of Stuff, Grade 5 students visited Kunst-Stoffe in Pankow on Friday, the 28th of February. Students engaged in two short workshops. One was Understanding Fibers and their Origins - students explored different types of fibers and learned about their sources and sustainability. The second workshop was Painting with Natural Dyes - students experimented with watercolors made from plants, flowers and food waste. Students discovered creative ways to use eco-friendly materials during this trip.
