Gr. 5 Transition Day

As part of the Grade 5s’ preparation for their big step up to secondary school after the summer, Mr Barclay organised two transition days to give students a chance to experience secondary life, meet their new teachers, and learn skills that will benefit them as they enter Grade 6. The days were a great success, with the students’ behaviour and enthusiasm reflecting the excellent work their Grade 5 teachers, Ms Thomas and Ms Cilia, have done this year to prepare them for this important educational transition. Ms Ewert was also a great help on Friday. Finally, thank you to all the secondary teachers who welcomed their new students during a particularly busy time in the secondary school calendar.
