U14 Girl’s GISST Football Tournament

Across a two-day, ten-team tournament, the girls delivered a strong and spirited performance. On Friday they dominated Group B, winning all four matches through excellent communication, improved positioning, and impressive team goals. Saturday started more slowly, leading to a narrow exit via a penalty shootout, followed by another draw and another unfortunate loss on penalties. Despite fatigue and no substitutes, the team produced one of their best performances in the final game, showing flexibility, determination, and growth. Though the later matches were physically demanding, the girls demonstrated resilience, teamwork, and a willingness to learn, qualities that will benefit them both on and off the pitch.
