U14 Girls Basketball GISST

For many of the players, this was their first GISST tournament. Everyone played at a very high standard, never gave up, improved their individual knowledge of the game and showed great team spirit and commitment.

As with our Varsity girls’ basketball team, all of them did a great job watching, learning and playing. The team had varying levels of fitness, basketball experience, GISST experience and stamina. This combined with our limited training time together made this GISST experience more a training on the first day and playing a GISST basketball tournament on the second day!

Thank you all again for what turned out to be a very tense and energetic tournament and a big thank you to Mrs Cilia for accompanying us, all her time and support.
