U14 Boys and Girls Badminton
On Friday 5th and Saturday 6th December BBS hosted the annual U14 boys and girls GISST Badminton tournament.
The event was held at the Havellandhalle in Seeburg, which was once again a great success.
The visiting schools had a great time, as did the three Berlin schools.By the end of the tournament there were many sore arms and legs from so much play, but everyone acquitted themselves with honour.
The BBS girls finished in a very respectful 6th place and the boys, who were in a tough group, finished 8th.
Many thanks to the entire team, and especially to Mr. Allum, Mr. Murphy, and Ms. Philipp, for their excellent work at the score desk and for all their help and support. We are also grateful to the two CAS students who dedicated their time on Friday and Saturday to help make the stall a great success, raising €210 for Laughing Hearts.
