U14 and Varsity Boys’ and Girls’ Football - Friendly Game #2

On Saturday 12^th October all our football teams played another friendly game in their training and selection process, for the upcoming GISST tournaments in Leipzig (U14 Girls) and Berlin (U14 Boys).

Neu-Ulm (Varsity Girls) and Köln (Varsity Boys).

The teams played against BerIS and BBIS teams.

The players got the opportunity to play on the surface they’ll probably be playing on at GISST, Astro turf, so a valuable experience.

Once again, they showed their improved understanding of the game and especially positioning and receiving.

The teams also had plenty of energy and succeeded at growing as a team.

Results

U14 Girls: Won 2 - 1 against BerIS and won 1 - 0 against BBIS

U14 Boys: Won 7 - 2 against BerIS and lost 3 - 1 against BBIS

Varsity Girls: Lost 5 - 0 against BerIS and lost 3 - 0 against BBIS

Varsity Boys: Lost 6 - 0 against BerIS and drew 1 - 1 against BBIS

There are more friendly games to come, for all of our teams at BBIS, in the week commencing 4th November.
