U14 and Varsity Boys’ and Girls’ Football - Friendly Game #1
On Saturday 21st September all our football teams played friendly games as part of their training for the upcoming GISST tournaments in respectively Leipzig (U14 Girls), Berlin (U14 Boys), Neu/ Ulm (Varsity Girls) and Köln (Varsity Boys).
The teams competed against BerIS and two BBIS teams.
Our players showed plenty of energy, improved in their understanding of the game and each other, succeeded at strengthening individual weaknesses and grew as a team.
We would also like to thank Emma for stepping in as goalkeeper to support the Varsity girls football team. She did an amazing job. Well done, Emma!
There are more friendly games to come for all of our teams, at BBIS, on Saturday 12th October and Saturday 9th November.
Well done to everyone and thank you also to the CAS students who supported the event and helped to raise €295 for Laughing Hearts!
