K3 Museum Visit

K3G went on a visit to the on Thursday 6th February. They had a guided tour around the museum. The focus was on basketry. We learned all about the materials that people use to weave many different items from water flasks to fancy chairs. We got to try out different forms of weaving ourselves, but with fabric rather than wood. We even tried to work like the birds weaving in teams. It was lots of fun, especially in the 'Woven Garden' where we could run around tunnels.
