BMW Berlin Schools Mini-Marathon & Bambini-Run
Over twenty of our Primary and Secondary students took part in the mini-Marathon on Saturday. The mini-Marathon has been the largest school run in Germany for more than 25 years. It was 4.2195 km long and students born in 2006 and younger were able to take part. Everyone older took part in the R5K tour, running 5 km.
We also had quite a few runners at the Bambini-Run where the youngest (0-10 years) were able to get a taste of marathon running. They run a distance between 200 m - 1000 m depending on their age.
Everyone did an amazing job and we would like to thank all the parents for their support and encouragement of their children.
We would also like to congratulate Ms Williams and Mr Murphy for running the 42 km Marathon and Mr Johnstone for running the 5km.
