5x5km Relay
A Wonderful Success
BBS entered five teams this year for the annual 5x5 km relay race in the Berliner Tiergarten. The teams consisted of Primary and Secondary pupils as well as of a staff team. Some of the BBS runners participated for the very first time and set record times while others have been regular attendees. Running conditions were ideal this year and every runner from BBS was very enthusiastic and performed extremely well. Bands and supporters along the 5 km race track were cheering on the runners and drinking stations along the track provided plenty of opportunities to refresh. Every runner excelled, received a medal and was able to enjoy a picnic after completing the 5 km distance.
