***  Latest news  ***

Most grades in the Kindergarten and School have waiting lists for this academic year (2023-24). Please complete an Enquiry Form (scroll to end of page) before applying, so that we can advise you accurately about spaces.

Grade 1 - We are full for the Bilingual stream of Grade 1 for this school year (2023-24) and already have a long waiting list for the school year 2024-25. If your child fulfils the requirements for the Monolingual English stream you are welcome to apply. More information here: Monolingual English stream.

Admissions Process

Our Admissions team recognises that applying to a new school can be a strenuous process. Whether your family currently lives in Berlin or will be moving here soon, we are committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Our fees are available by clicking here: Fees. Please contact our Admissions team before applying if you have any questions about the fee schedule, income-related fees or scholarships.

  •  We offer individual tours of the appropriate site, which gives an insight into classroom life as well as the chance to talk with teachers and the Head of School. Appointments for tours can be made by contacting our Admissions team.

Appointments to tour or visit the school must be made in advance to ensure our availability.

  •  Visits and assessments

As a next stage we offer a free, three-day visit (shorter for Kindergarten admissions) to give both students and teachers the opportunity to get to know each other. It also allows the school to evaluate the student academically and observe the prospects of social adaptability to the school ethos. The visit is also a good opportunity for the student to get to know us and experience school life in a relaxed way.

  • Visit Feedback

After the visit we give feedback from the visit and the results of assessments made. A place in the school may then be offered. A student may start once a contract has been signed and other required documentation submitted.

If places are available admission is generally possible at any time in the academic year however we do not admit students to Grade 10 or Grade 12. Starting during the academic year in Grades 9 and 11 is unlikely to be possible as the IGCSE and IB Diploma courses are designed for two full years of study.

How to apply

The first step in the process is to give us details about the prospective student or students by filling out the Enquiry Form below.  Our Admissions Team will inform you about the availability of places. If you are enquiring for more than one child please add their details onto the same Enquiry Form.

When you are ready to submit an application (second step) or you have been asked by us to do so, please use the Application Form below. Please upload your child's school reports for the last two years and follow the steps shown to submit everything to us. If spaces are available we will discuss the next steps with you.

* Please note that there is no cost or commitment to apply.

If you have a new admissions enquiry, please complete the Enquiry Form.

We look forward to hearing from you.
