Senior School

Students in Year 7 through to 9 are taught courses based upon the English National Curriculum, Years 10 and 11 follow the IGCSE programme. On successful completion of this, they enter Years 12 and 13, where they study for the demanding IB Diploma. Our examination results are outstanding, with our IGCSE results being amongst the best in Europe. The school has enjoyed an almost 100% success rate since the IB Diploma programme was introduced; in 2006, one student achieved 45 points, the highest possible mark, a feat achieved by only one in every five hundred IB Diploma entrants.

Students progress to degree courses at prestigious universities in the United Kingdom, Germany and elsewhere in the world. The Senior School is situated on the northern edge of the Grunewald, Berlin’s city forest, in tranquil surroundings. Transport connections are excellent, with a school-run service that provides buses to residential areas and a connecting service that links in with the city’s comprehensive public transport system.
