Varsity and U14 Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball - friendly warm up games
Last Saturday saw all four of our basketball squads in action. The U.14's had games against Bonn and the Berlin Brandenburg International School (BBIS) and our Varsity teams had their first games of the season against BBIS. All teams had some new players that took the experience in their stride. It was also Frank Ewert's first game coaching our Varsity boys. All teams worked incredibly hard and our learning curve was steep! The day was enjoyed by all and was a great experience. There are many more training sessions and games to come before the GISST tournament, so the fun and developments will continue.
The U14 girls’ and boys’ teams will be in action again this Thursday at Phorms School in Berlin. The Varsity teams will be playing a match against Berlin International School on Monday 1st February.
