Lower School

Lower School is home to our very youngest children (3-5 years) and houses the Nursery and Reception classes. Set in a location deep in the heart of the Grunewald forest, our children are in the ideal place to explore the world around them firsthand.

Curriculum

Following a curriculum broadly based on the guidance for the Foundation Stage (link: Curriculum Guidance for the Foundation Stage), our children are encouraged to learn through investigating, experimenting, playing and having fun whilst in a safe, welcoming, stimulating and caring environment.

This important start to the formative years of their school career gives them security and builds life skills necessary to progress with confidence to Middle School.

Events

From Laternenfest to our summer musical production, there is always an event at Lower School for our pupils to showcase their budding talents, develop co-operative skills and enjoy the freedom to express themselves!
