IB Resits
Berlin British School accepts re-take candidates who have sat their IB Diploma exams first at other schools, for both the May and November examination sessions. In order to register for the May session, a student would need to register with us before December 10th of the preceding year. In order to register for a November re-sit examination, a student must register with the school before 15 July in the same calendar year. Because it is not feasible to supervise internally assessed assignments or laboratory work, we only register students to re-sit the externally assessed terminal examinations. Internal assessment marks are ‘carried over’ from the previous examination session, but may not be valid if there has been a change to the subject syllabus.
Fees
A registration fee of 150 Euros is payable. All re-take candidates must pay this sum.
The cost of being re-examined at Berlin British School is 160 Euros per subject.
Berlin British School will invoice for both sets of fees which must be paid before the exams are sat.
