After‐School Care

Berlin British School offers an after-school care service. The children are supervised by members of staff and activities are organised according to demand, e.g. computer club, sporting and/or creative activities, outdoor play, homework. Your child is also given a drink and a snack during the afternoon. Your child can also join the service AFTER a club activity has finished (this applies only for clubs at Middle School as transport back to school cannot be arranged).

Times:

The service runs from 3.00 pm until 6 pm during term time.

Cost (per day):

From 3pm ‐ 5pm:  7 Euros.
From 3pm ‐ 6pm: 10 Euros.

Attendance after club activity until 5.00pm : 5 Euros. Attendance after club activity until 6.00pm : 7 Euros

Late pick up fee after 6.00pm : €15 per 15 minutes

You will receive an invoice at the beginning of a half-term for the sessions used of the previous half- term. You can either book your child in for regular sessions each week, or use the service on a flexible basis, by letting the school know as late as the previous day that you wish your child to join the service (notification no later than 11.00 am of the previous day).
